About me and Construction Project Management

I’m confident in several skills that directly align with my target role in construction and renovation project leadership:

  • Project Management & Coordination: With years of hands-on experience as a contractor and site supervisor, I excel in overseeing projects from concept to completion — including scope, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.

  • Technical Knowledge: My civil engineering background gives me a strong foundation in structural principles, material properties, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.

  • Subcontractor & Team Leadership: I’ve successfully managed multiple trades on-site, ensuring seamless communication, clear expectations, and efficient work sequencing.

  • Cost Estimation & Procurement: I have a strong eye for budgeting and sourcing quality materials at competitive prices — crucial for controlling costs without compromising quality.

  • Client Communication & Commercial Savvy: I regularly interface with commercial and industrial clients, tailoring renovation solutions to their specific operational needs, timelines, and budgets.

  • Hands-On Experience: I’m not just a manager — I’ve done the work myself, from epoxy flooring and cabinetry to major structural renovations. This builds credibility with crews and clients alike.

These skills, along with my adaptability and problem-solving mindset, allow me to deliver high-value outcomes and build lasting relationships with clients and partners
